(WBIR) The man accused of kidnapping a woman from a Crossville home last week has been charged.

A Cumberland County grand jury indicted Douglas Martin Davis, 44, on three counts of aggravated rape, two counts of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery and theft over $1,000.

Cumberland County officials said he kidnapped a 21-year-old woman at gunpoint from a Crossville home Thursday evening. Investigators found the woman and Davis on Saturday at a truck stop in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

He's being held in Hardin County, Kentucky on other charges. Bond has been set at $450,000.
